Artist Nene Thomas began her career as a professional artist in 1994 when she was approached by the company Wizards of the Coast to contribute work to the popular collectible card game "Magic: The Gathering". She worked for WotC and many other CG companies for several years, until her own passion for bringing art to life in her way took over her role at WotC. She became a print artist, painting only the things that she wanted to paint
