• Our Shipping charge is a flat rate of $7.00 nationwide. This is for tracked non signature courier delivery.

You can add as many items to the cart as you like for this rate

We make every effort to process orders promptly, usually within 24hrs weekdays

Please Note:  Will will only ship to a NZ address. Sorry Puzzlesnz will not ship overseas.

We hold all products listed in our store at our Southland NZ warehouse.  Your order will be supplied and shipped from there.

Our courier service is an economy service, (Not overnight) we advise 2-3 days  for South Island and potentially 4-5 days for upper North Island.  These are delivery targets only

Couriers deliveries are tracked - an auto generated track email will be sent to you at time of dispatch

Rural delivery can be expected to be at the upper end of the scale and potentially a few more days depending on delivery address.

Please be aware that our deliveries are non signature. By placing an order you are granting our couriers an authority to leave. Neither Puzzlesnz nor our courier will be responsible for parcels once delivery has been made and when an authority to leave has been provided. This includes replacement of or refunds for parcels tampered with, lost or stolen following delivery.

If you have a special or safe place to leave delivered parcels please advise us We will make sure it is noted on the parcel

It doesn't happen often but occasionally a parcel goes astray.  Contact us if you feel it is taking too long and we will begin a search with our delivery agent  We are committed to ensuring a safe and pleasant buying experience, this includes when things don't go quite as planned!

We will accept a return if it has a valid receipt and is brand new and unused condition in its original packaging . You can send it back to us for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. 

Please contact us first before returning.  We may be able to resolve the issue without the need to return products

• It is your responsibility to pay freight costs to return the item plus any costs involved to resend a new one. Also the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels on their way back to us, Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that is traceable and insures you for the value of the goods.

• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Damaged or faulty items

Please contact us . If we cannot easily resolve the problem we can arrange a return, exchange or refund.  In this instance where product is either faulty or damaged, costs to return the product are paid by us.

All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST

Debit or Credit Card through our payment gateway providers Stripe or Paypal

We also accept Payment through Afterpay via the Stripe payment gateway.

• Select 'Credit Card Payment' - Stripe when the payment screen appears

• On the following 'payment method' screen select Afterpay

• This will bring up a details box and a 'continue with Afterpay'  button to click

Can I deposit payment into your Bank Account?  Yes.  Select this option at checkout. You will be provided with our bank account details during the checkout process.

There is no auto generated confirmation of payment for bank deposits.  

Your prompt payment is appreciated.  If we can't identify payment after 48hrs the order will be cancelled

We do not hold or store any of your financial details. Nor do we have access to these details on the Stripe or PayPal Payment Gateways beyond what is necessary to fulfil your order.

Unless you opt to receive messages from us we will not contact you again in future. If you have opted to receive ongoing communications and at a later date you no longer wish to receive these communications you will be able to opt out of receiving this information by contacting us by email or by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of emails sent to you.

Opting out of receiving the above mentioned messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your order(s).

We may use personal information that we collect about you to provide products and services to you and to administer orders and payments relating to your purchases from us.

You will need to permit us to place data files ("cookies") on your computer to enable you to use some features of some of our website. Where you choose not to enable cookies from our Website, some functionality of the Website may not be available to you.

We may disclose your personal information as required by law.

Where you have provided information to us on a confidential basis, we will hold that information in confidence, except as required by law. We cannot guarantee that our website is secure, and we cannot be held responsible for a breach of our website security that is beyond our control.

You can request details of your personal information that we hold, and ask us to correct it, at any time.
